2016
We were classmates since kindergarten but never really talked to each other till we met again in 2016 at a dinner with our mutual friends in Medan, Indonesia.
2017
We were officially dating in August 2017 and it was where we started our long distance relationship. Two days after we dated, both of us went to different countries for our university. We had 8 hours time difference between China and United Kingdom. It was definitely difficult but it was all worth it.
2019
After we graduated in 2019, we were both working in different countries (again). At that time, we thought we could meet more often as we only need to take 2 hours flight for us to meet. But then, the COVID-19 pandemic came. We did not meet physically for 2.5 years. Lots of tears, arguments, but we made it.
2022
In August 2022, Alfredo proposed and 4 months after our engagement, we decided to register our marriage in Singapore.
2024
Finally after 6.5 years of long distance relationship, we are looking forward to our wedding reception that will be held in our hometown, Medan, in February 2024. We can’t wait to see how our relationship and love will fluorish. And finally a life together without being long distance anymore.
